Effective Date: December 18, 2025These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MonoFocus mobile application ("App") provided by Clarum LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MonoFocus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.2. Description of Service
MonoFocus is a productivity application designed to help users focus by blocking distracting applications on their device. The App uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks to provide app blocking functionality.3. Subscription Terms
MonoFocus offers auto-renewable subscription plans:Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the current subscription price
Yearly Subscription: Billed annually at the current subscription price
Both subscription options include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.4. Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.5. Billing and Renewal
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the App's features until the end of your paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.7. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.8. Restrictions
You agree not to:Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.App blocking functionality depends on Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. We cannot guarantee that all apps will be blocked in all circumstances, as this functionality is subject to iOS system limitations.10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLARUM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.13. Governing Law
